About Noble, Illinois

Noble is a small sized, rural town that has a lot to offer. Located in the heart of southeastern Illinois, we take pride in our friendly community that is capable of making anyone feel right at home.

With a population of just over 750 people, Noble may not have all the flashy attractions of a big city, but the town provides a secure and supportive environment that allows our residents to live comfortably.

CEMETERY

Information on the cemetery is available at the Village Hall. If you have any questions please contact Tresa Hundley at the Village Hall via e-mail, telephone, or stop by the office. If you request information via e-mail, please put "Noble Cemetery" as the subject of your e-mail.

HOUSE NUMBERS

The 911 coordinator advises residents to post their house numbers on a green reflective address sign to reduce confusion and increase response time. This is not mandatory.

WATER-QUALITY REPORT

The Annual Water-Quality Report for the Noble water Supply will be mailed Monday, May 20, 2013. The report contains information on the source of drinking water, levels of any contaminants that were detected during 2012 and compliance with other drinking water rules, as well as educational materials. Since this report will be mailed, a publishing will not occur. A free copy may be picked up at the Village Hall in Noble from 8 a.m.-12p.m., 1p.m.- 4 p.m. Monday through Friday.
